is coming along quite nicely and I really feel sorry for the poor bugger tradesmen working in this ridiculous heat!!!
The plastering has started, most cornices are done, doors are delivered. Yay! Looking good for mid to end of May completion. I wonder if I will meet the foreman before it is finished?? They must love us, the least annoying owners they have ever had to work with!

And YAY that palace has bricks and all sorts of good stuff, can't see any tradesmen passed out in the SA heatwave - maybe they've gone nocturnal? I must say as I stagger around the ashphalt oven that is our schoolyard on blardy lunchtime yard duty in 38 degree temps in Melboring, I think of you and how much hotter you guys have it - I reckon your roof'd be about 65 degrees!
